据路透，摩根大通因涉嫌向加密货币客户隐瞒现金垫款额外费用、收取比信用卡高得多的利息，并且拒绝在客户投诉时退还费用在曼哈顿联邦法院受到集体起诉。该诉讼指控摩根大通违反美国贷款法真相 U.S. Truth in Lending Act，该法要求信用卡发卡机构以书面形式通知客户收费或条款发生重大变化，诉讼正在要求实际损害赔偿和 100 万美元的法定损害赔偿。
