How do you fight Market depression

The market falls very quickly and shocks everyone, which also shows that the price will soon return to the level it was before the volatility. I understand that and without selling any tokens, I continue to DCA to get the best price possible to maximize profits during this bullrun season.

I'm trying to fight the depression of this declining market by enjoying the rewards of trading profits and this is my path in cryptocurrency and it's really fun.

Honestly, i found it difficult to cope with the market whenever my TA fails and the market enters a bear period. If what you've said makes someone depressed, it's because that person doesn't really know much about the world of cryptocurrencies and trading, that's why I've always said that education is the most important. I hope that no one misinterprets my words, it is normal to feel bad when you see your investments lose value (especially newbies), but with previous education and knowledge of the market we know that it is temporary. If that keeps happening to someone with years of experience, may be it would be better if he did not invest more to have better mental health.
