Coinbase Pro to List BarnBridge (BOND), Livepeer (LPT) and Quant (QNT) on Its Pl

Coinbase Pro, a pioneer cryptocurrency trading platform, announced on June 23, Wednesday the addition of BOND, LPT and QNT in the list of the digital assets the platform’s account holders can trade.

On June 23, Wednesday, Coinbase Pro notified of their decision to enable BarnBridge (BOND), Livepeer (LPT) and Quant (QNT) trading on their platform. This will be effective on June 24, Thursday, in all the compatible jurisdictions exempting Singapore if the required digital assets are available.

As their platform splurge with more users, the need of including more digital assets and ensuring their secure trade also increased so that the needs and wishes of every customer are met. Coinbase Pro accepted that they have received multiple requests from their users for introducing BarnBridge (BOND), Livepeer (LPT) and Quant (QNT). Consequently, on June 23, CoinBase Pro announced the news.

What Are BOND, LPT and QNT?
BarnBridge, Livepeer, and Quant are types of Ethereum tokens. The BOND token dictates the BarnBridge that is effective for the users to screen against DeFi performance sensitivity and price volatility.

LPT token governs decentralized video streaming network, Livepeer. This token is necessary for decoding and transferring videos while incentivizing peers so that the network remains secure and beneficial.

Similarly, the QNT token is used in the QUANT protocol. This is a protocol utilized to link the public blockchain and private networks. The QUANT also enables the development of mDapps using decentralized software to operate on several blockchains at the same time.

When will BOND, LPT, and QNT Trading Commence?
Coinbase Pro will establish an adequate amount of the three new digital assets on their platform after which the users will be able to receive and send the digital assets. These order books will be released in three distinctive stages, namely, post-only, limit-only and full negotiation. The trading will commence at 9 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) June 24, Thursday.

However, if at any instance trading of these digital assets does not comply with their notion of a coherent and secure market, they may halt the book for a certain period of time or completely suspend the trading service in accordance with their trading policies.
