The biggest problem in crypto trading at the moment is the huge number of kids and welfare recipients that are trading. These are new traders with no experience of what to do when things aren’t going to plan, with the result that at the first sign of trouble their instant reaction is to sell.
This makes the crypto markets very sensitive to everything and the result is the hyper volatility we see now on an ever growing basis.

I don't think that's all, experience is the same as doing bad things by believing what people who have power with large followers and are entrepreneurs say. fear that for beginners we need to understand but for those who are already in crypto still believe what people like @elonmusk say is certainly very questionable, because this is a bad precedent for crypto development

It sucks to see my friends constantly buying tops because of FOMO and selling bottoms because of FUD, they come to the market with media information and have no financial knowledge or ability. They see other people making a profit in this market and think that they too are lucky enough to enter the crypto market as if it were a gamble.
The only way is to spread knowledge about crypto so that people understand better about the market.

Well, apparently, we just have to go through this stage. There are still too few experienced people in this market. Your opinion is correct that on this have many new investor and also have new Crypto trader those sell their coin very low price becouse they think that now is time for selling otherwise they can loss their all fund, and for this reason they sell their all coin. But i see that have many old trader and investors sold their coin as low price,  becouse they are panic sellar and also they use their emotion on trading.

We cannot avoid the problem, there will be always kids or unprofessional people to come in crypto trading. I don't know if they can make a significant problem in crypto trading. I think what they do won't give a very significant impact. If we see big dumps in crypto market right now, it is probably caused by the manipulation made by whales or it happened naturally because of low demands.

they are attracted by the idea  that there is a huge opportunity to make lot of money in cryptocurrency but they dont put in mind that in same time there is a huge chance to loss their capital easily too if they didnt manage their risks.

Yeah. This is a huge one tbh, they are generally naive and emotional, not puting in mind the volatility or the market space. To all intents and as well as there are some kind of purposes for which trading is to be done but as a new traders become the part of trading they make certain poor decision as a result of which they also drop their money and the price and value of that coin is also effected by this kind of act. So i will suggest for you that if you do not have any data or any information then do no try to get into trading.

The big problem is because there are so many FUDS spreading in the world about crypto that make market conditions are very bad recently. Moreover the bullish era is likely delayed or stopped because of the FUDs.

Abd related to newbies coming to crypto, yes I agree that many nebies are coming to only focus on money, not the procesa on how theu should be. I think they need more experinece and knowledge to explore. Never pay on hype or FOMO

Do not worry about these amateur kids. They will learn the right way of trading in time or they will be rekt very soon. The market will make these kids more mature or they will be kicked out of the market. These kids are the ones whales will grab their profits from. More fresh money more traffic in the crypto space.

Currently, the crypto market is not performing well due to a lot of reasons. One of the biggest problems is any bad news can cause the market to crash a lot. It is generally bad news that is coming from China.

Right now, the market is making sideways and we have to understand that usually during the holiday season and even going into the 1st quarter of the year this is usually boring days...there is lack of excitement so the market is not that doing much well compared to previous months. Now, talking about the new traders, well there is nothing we can do about it as this is an open market and there is no required test or qualification to start crypto trading...one can easily open an account in any good exchange and start doing business.

I can guarantee you that there are still many traders who are here since 2017 and still panic when the market crashes. Actually, it's normal for an average human being. Humans are not emotionless so you just need to ignore it when investing in crypto. If you can not do that then make a strategy that will be able to help you when something unexpected happens with your investment.
