链闻消息，Coinbase 股东 Donald Ramsey 对 Coinbase 及其首席执行官 Brian Armstrong 等?? 位高管提起证券集体诉讼，指控 Coinbase 在上市前就该公司的财务状况和作为?? 密交易平台的弹性作出重大误导性陈述，如公司需要大量现金注入等。另外，Donald Ramsey 表示，Coinbase 服务中断的频率较高。
