I think the better solution is bounties over time become more selective... because not all bounty promotions or promoters are the same... there's obviously individual nuances that separate some from others, and it can't always be measured by number of followers/time spent on forum/location, etc.   I can see in the future the amount of participants going way down and the price paid to the select few going way up.

As usual bounty program is always thought to be free way of earning the tokens. But its not really the same fact, you have to always work for things to get done. The bounty programs always includes stuff like campaigns of signature, twitter, Facebook and all the blogs/video etc. For you to get the stakes or tokens you have to work on these projects and then what for the tokens qualification and nothing comes as free lunch box.
