I agree to my friend Freemind.

Don't interact to unknown tokens or else you may lose your funds.

Remember to disable the undesirable tokens that you didn't bought. That is the safest way not to be tempted using trust wallet.

Honestly speaking you cannot do anything to disappear those tokens in your bsc address or ethscan. Much better not to click forever.

agreed ,we shouldn't interact in tokens that we didn't buy it.
Because there are many scam tokens as pishing .
We will lose our tokens on wallet it you do transaction in scam tokens.
We must be carefull.

if the token is questionable or you are not familiar with it-why bother with it at all and put all your assets at risk...study what you understand and do not try to make money on everything that moves.

I get the point, don't do not try to make money on everything that moves.
We should know well about the condition on crypto.
We several opinions above.
If we have scan tokens, we should do transaction with this.

Sometimes there are pleasant surprises with unknown tokens. Bounty hunters very often face a situation where tokens sometimes appear in the wallet, you have been participating in bounty campaigns for a relatively long time and you can’t even remember what these tokens are. You have to check your records and do other checks to find out what these tokens are. Once I determined that one of these tokens had a decent value and exchanged it for 11 ethereum, which back then had a price of $280. The second surprise was that ethereum after that, during a short period, grew several times in price. I agree that this is very rare.
In any case, you need to look at what kind of cryptocurrency appears in our wallet.

What we are talking about in this thread are not bounty tokens, we are talking about tokens that we receive in our wallets without having done anything. Those tokens can surprise us as you say, but the surprise would be very negative for us. No one expects tokens to be given away for nothing, it is a scam and people should always be aware of it. Those tokens must be immediately removed from the visible list of our assets, that way we will not make the mistake of interacting with the contracts of those tokens and thus leaving the door open to attackers.

we can not rid the useless tokens on our wallet, no option to delete them.. Just ignore it or maybe try to search the token if there is a value, sometimes you can get a free money those..

I think the new token that suddenly enters the wallet is not caused by pressing some spam links, it's likely that it happened because the new token is embedded with some code that can see every new transaction on the network, then the token enters, even hardware wallets also experienced this, but nothing to worry about, as long as you don't make transactions with the token then the wallet is safe.

looks like what you said is true. maybe some people think that the mysterious coin that suddenly entered the wallet list is a threat.

I'm still confused until now, this is happening on local exchange/CEX.. like a mysterious increase in the balance of some of my tokens, I don't know if this is also what you mean? and is it dangerous or safe?

No, we are not talking about tokens being sent to exchanges, for those tokens to be sent to exchanges, they should have been previously listed, and they are not. We are talking about tokens that appear in our wallets without knowing why, and for your information, no, they are not safe, they are scams that want us to interact with their smart contracts (send them for example), that way the attackers could steal our funds.

There are many, but some of the best known are:

   • LUNA-Swap
   • Milkyswap
   • OrbitDefi
   • TheVera
   • UsdSwap

There are more, many more. Be careful!

Unfortunately with explorers like bscscan, you cannot do anything about them, you simply to have to live with it. But if you have wallets, say Atomic, you can simply hide them to stay sane in this deluge

exchanges whose coins have been registered are still prone to fraud, maybe not too dangerous compared to what happened to dex.. so that's where we need to be careful and alert.. your answer is useful

there are always risks-dex is subject to hacking, cex is both hacking and counterparty risk

The fact that you can see those tokens on the Binance Smart Chain block explorer or any other smart contract platform does not matter, from the block explorer there is no danger. The danger is in the wallets we use, Atomic wallet has that option, as does Trust Wallet. I think it would be nice if the community knew which wallets that option is available on, it is possible that in this way some users can hide those tokens and avoid problems and loss of funds.
