What do you do when you're sad?

Of course not, I'm thinking about: why I'm sad, what can I do, how I can relax, etc.

Lately I have been reading more and more when I get sad and depressed. It helps me tune out the rest of the world.

reach out to family and friends ...share my burdens and seek advice. Also reassure myself it will pass and tomorrow is a new day

I think the easiest way to get rid of bad mood is listen to music or you can tell other people how you feel.

I do like train rides. And I dislike sailing as much as I dislike flying, but I'd do either if I can't travel in any other way.

If sad I prefer to be alone, I will spend time for sightseeing, vacation.  If at home I will worship, draw close to God and sleep.
