It's no ordinary coin but a silver to Bitcoin gold. It's one of the very few good altcoins initiated by charlie lee, it's previous halving's caused a tremendous increase in its price & no doubt it may hit another ATH. Indeed true, in the beginning, I started with LTC and later on shifted to $XRP because of the fee and faster tnx. Still, remember the last bull run and we're near about 450$ with its ATH of 423$ is also remarkable. No doubt that Litecoin has huge potential in itself, it can compete and bring more potential with time. This time halving gonna be a huge turning point for LTC holders those waiting since the last bull run and have a long-term perspective. Bitget was one of them that already announced it.... counting more follow-on as the date is getting closer to next halving.

I think this explanation really makes a lot of sense now. I've seen some folks just coming online to talk down on the halving, maybe because they didn't understand it well. From the look of things, and what's said it all boils down to the fact that traders will ultimately determine the price action of LTC in the end and the event and activities by exchanges is to encourage users and rewards them which is what people want especially in the current market situation, but those who are positive and proactive enough will make the most of it all.
