Old trusted coins will gain as they are surviving in the market so expectations are high from the old project. As we all know market is good so the some new projects is also doing good for example we can check Ntvrk, Cifi and Milk2 they are growing well with other high potential coins. If the market is bear then there are hardly some new projects that survives.

Maybe old projects still struggling to gain value, because didn't have good team and good project.
Also team must have good promotion to attract the investors.
It's really difficult, but the potential coins will have good value.
