In many countries, banks are already dealing with the crypto exchanges but in my opinion, banks will not directly deal with cryptos they will deal with cryptos when their respective countries launch their own digital currencies I believe that would be accepted as USDT stable coins. In the coming years, many countries will launch their own stable digital currencies so that banks can easily deal with them.

Bank do not support Cryptocurrencies, because they are contradictory.  But the development of Cryptocurrency is very fast, like it or not they will enter this world.  Otherwise they might be left behind, but maybe the rules will be different because this Cryptocurrency is a Digital currency.

I think Bank won't get in to crypto sooner, It will take several years again.
Because there are several government that blocked and didn't accept crypto currency.

All people can be free to transfer their money with crypto without the need for banks. It is what banks don't want to happen. So, how can banks support crypto or be involved in crypto? That's true, we already have exchanges like Binance and other exchanges that support fiat for making withdrawals, but if banks were to add crypto to their current debit card system, I think they would benefit from any transaction fees.

Right now, I only see XRP which has bank partners, but I don't follow updates from XRP, if the bank doesn't support crypto, it's possible that we can't withdraw fiat money from some exchanges, it's a complicated situation because banks also want profit, so there is no way the bank will reject it.

But not sooner, it will take several years again .
Maybe at 4-5 years will happen.

Yes, I think It depends on their government.
If the government allow and have rules for crypto currency, I think banks will get in to crypto.
But I don't think It will happen soon.
