I think that they are the most projects that may have chance to grow and also survive in the crypto world.

I agree. Old projects revived by new comers business platform to earn money and then end up nothing. Sad story that sometimes it is used by scammers copied accordingly to the original project. We should be careful and watchful not to fall in the trap of scammers.

It's not just now, your wonder should hold true even in the past and in the future. It's the fact that most of the projects are meaningless and worthless. Many of them were created to take money from investors. Project team failed to do their promises for various reasons. In the past, when the market wasn't really selective as it is now, those kind of projects can be listed easily but nowadays people have enough experience to spot out and stay away from them.
