If you are willing to hold your Crypto coin within 5 years (Like your clarification), Then you better hold it.  I'm sure in that time your losses will be doubled. Cryptocurrencies are indeed very volatile, but these cryptocurrencies have great potential. Trust me the price will definitely go up!

I believe year by year the market will grow and we can expect a rise in price also. The adoption of crypto is increasing. Crypto is never in danger so you should remain calm and hold your coins and should not sell in the loss because this is the cycle of the market you have to wait for the Bull market I hope you will see recovery in your coins that you bought even you have good coins that are long-term coins as far as I think so be optimistic thing will be changed and you will see your portfolio start growing. Don't think of 5 years I would suggest you set some target once it is achieved you can quit.

for now, It's bearish season, many investors hold their coins and wait because maybe they bought at high price

You are right crypto currency has come  to stay no doubt about , and the best thing to always do in this crypto space is to have patient with that gaining massively is sure ,so the option is holding .
