Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens???

I find it very risky to invest in new crypto tokens. Most tokens have airdrop these days and they dump first before gaining power. I prefer participating in new tokens airdrop to investing on early market of it. Or better still, I try to earn from listing events like Bitget Poolx, Binance launchpool and other related stuffs like that.

There are so many coins in the market that it is a bit difficult for us to select the right coin but those who have enough knowledge about different coins can select the right coin. Old coins in the market are reliable but new coins are relatively less reliable because investing in new coins is more likely to lose money. Investing in new coins has a high chance of losing money, but there are some new projects that can yield substantial profits. We must find all those coins and it is not an easy task at all. You can easily know various information about old coins but not much information about new coins only if you have extra idea maybe you can find all these coins and invest in those coins.

If the project has good uses and is not a project that only relies on hype, it really could have good potential in the future but the team must really have a good reputation and goals. but the risk of new coins is always greater than old coins.

Those projects who rely on hype only cannot exist longer and will end very soon as the market goes down. We should also not ignore new coins because some of them also give us greater reward but for new project we first have to accumulate data of profitability whereas for top coins we don't have to spend time on analyzing the details as everything is in front of us.

New altcoins can give higher profits but it also has a high risk of losing all the money. If it is scam, we have no chance to get profits but we may lose all the money. It is why we must be very careful if we want to invest in new altcoins.

This can happen but current situations are totally different and in current halving there will be huge success for each top coin because ETF has also been accepted and the chances of enhancement has increased more than previous halving but still as it is crypto so changes can take place any time.

And even this does not guarantee success when investing. Of course, the track record is important but not primary. The same marketing can easily bring a coin to the top. I think it’s also worth paying attention to what branch of the crypto industry the project is going to develop in. If I see something like green energy or telemedicine, no matter how well-deserved the team behind the project is, I will definitely miss this project.

In this matter you have a point, Because the old coins we can say that it is established in the market and has been in this field of cryptocurrency business for several years. But if anyone has the opportunity to research and find something more potential than old coins, there is nothing wrong with it.

As long as you know how to choose the right or legitimate coins, there is no problem, but if there is not enough and you don't know how to identify a coin, it is really better to focus on the old coins that are still included in the list of top altcoins.

I also keep assets on the exchange, because I am a trader. but I always monitor my wallet and try to guard it. We cannot say that it is dangerous to store assets on an exchange, if we store them on a reputable exchange like Binance it is safe. But it all depends on your beliefs and considerations, if you are in doubt about exchanging, keep your assets in your personal wallet

Usually always has the same team advice or developer when new coins or token launching, currently have many new meme token open pre sale and I think behind of many new token project launching every day always have old developer there try to get another benefit with new token.
Be careful and always tracking the developer or team advice on new project when listing on the market. I don't recommended with new token but depend on listing at top market or not.

I also keep assets on the exchange, because I am a trader. but I always monitor my wallet and try to guard it. We cannot say that it is dangerous to store assets on an exchange, if we store them on a reputable exchange like Binance it is safe.

I think everyone does the same way. We probably keep our assets in exchange wallets, too. However, we must understand that we don't keep too many assets in exchange wallets because it is risky. The top CEXs like Binance is quite secure although it is not the best place to store our crypto coins. As far as I know, if there is a hack or something bad to happen, they want to help us. I also keep some of my assets there because I often trade them.
