I wouldn't be so sure, this is merely a "forum advertising" bounty, based on stakes for "quality" of shilling. So you will here many bounty hunters, mainly newbies with negative karma for spamming, all stating Veil is their favorite and best privacy coin. They just want you to think it's currently a hot privacy coin right now, whereas it's just a bounty to make it sound hot. It reminds me of DeepOnion before it lost 98% of it's value tbh.
