I'm not sure if it's a good time to invest in any ICOs. To be honest, I perceive it as very risky. Many of ICOs have failed to invest, but there are several altcoins with hudge potential. Their prices are quite cheap and (to me) many of them have a capability to increase. For example, I've been trading FuturoCoin nowadays. It has a great policy and community which is up and running. Discovering and trading various altcoins is worth the effort and time to me.
