It might also work but there must be more effort than Ripple to defeat Bitcoin.

Last year nothing happened but this year  the cryptomarket slowly recovering although the red signal is following again but cryptomarket will recover soon it possible in this year although Ripple will remain third position in coinmarketcap.

Yes, it is possible even if it will be hard because of there many competitors including Bitcoin and Ethereum. To be the number one should have a special thing. I think if the popularity of Bitcoin continues, another coin will be hard to overtake.

Lot of best altcoins in cryptomarket although still Ripple is maintaining second and third positions in cryptomarket  nowadays Ripple technology is fully supporting between lot of banks so i think in future Ripple will be maintaining this positions.

Yes Ripple is the number one centralized cryptocurrency and it fully following bank systems and it has own Blockchain technology so it popular in many financial places but it's not equal to Bitcoin so it will remain in third or fourth position .

I doubt if it can be number 1 on cryptocurrency. I think it will survive in number 2 or 3. Ethereum and Bitcoin are more possible to stay at number 1. Those coins look stronger day after day, this makes other coins be hard to reach them. I think they will be in the highest position for long time.
