Seeing the market and the coins in the market, how Ethereum and Ripple has been struggling to take the #2 position which Ripple has finally taken, I want to ask, how long do you think Ripple will remain as #2 on CoinMarketCap?

Market top issues. Previously, whenever XRP moved toward ETH, it was a certain sign that XRP cost was overextended and due for a selloff. For quite a long time, it has basically been acknowledged that "ETH is the Number 2 coin".

Ripple will remain in that position till the end of the bare market. And after this, ETH will take its place. ETH is of more value compared with XRP. XRP can take between #3, #4, #5 position, cause BCH and Litecoin are coming back soon.

XRP will remain there in this bare market, and will settle in #3 or #4 when the market stabilize to its up run.

No one knows until when ripple remain as the rank #2 in coinmarketcap. Seeing the market cap of ripple is greater than ethereum that made ethereum at rank #3. I guess if ethereum demands will be doubled there will have changes of rankings.

It's a really hard question because we all know that these two cryptocurrencies are doing very well in terms of their
upgrades and developments on their blockchain system but I think Ripple can still hold that position until the end of
the year if this bearish market continues.

It looks like XRP will remain at number for many more months. I just read Ethereum's 2.0 won't be release next year and that there's a plan to launch ethereum 1x as an intermediary or what I call a band-aid solution.

Market competition continues to compete for position 2 in the coinmarketcap. and not only rank 2-3 other ranks of other coins are competing to keep their position high

It looks like XRP will remain in position 2 in CMC until the end of 2018, it's been around 1 month XRP continues to occupy the 2nd position, but I don't know what will happen in 2019 later between ethereum and XRP
