None of that. I believe that alcohol and drugs are very terrible and cause the greatest addiction. I remember how I got addicted to cigarettes. Then I started to struggle with it. The longest I stayed away from smoking was about six months. Now I am also trying to quit smoking for 5 months now. I use special patches from Canadian Pharmacy and it works pretty well for me. I'm thinking of starting to do sports, maybe that will help me even more.
