In less developed countries it is not possible. There, not everyone has even Internet, some people cannot use even VISA. Cryptocurrency means some independence from the governmental control. In such countries it is not feasible.

I think it is. Some projects were scam from the very beginning, that is why they were abandoned. Some projects are just not needed or not unique enough, that is why they will never be successful. For me, crypto is a synonym of independence, people are striving for it, so, it will just takes its time before becoming popular all over the world.
