Gambling discussion / Re: [NBA] Unofficial Discussion Thread
« Last post by dwyane36 on Today at 02:03:32 AM »
The problem though is that Zion got injured in the 4th quarter of the game, and currently on a day-to-day status because apparently, he got a left leg soreness. I just hope that he will be ok, or their next game might be their final game of the season.

His status has been updated. Unfortunately for the Pelicans, Zion has been diagnosed with a left hamstring strain. In other words, he will miss at least 2 weeks. Even if the Pelicans without Zion can beat the Kings in the upcoming game, they are unlikely to have any success in the playoffs.

Nigerian Languages / Re: USDT vs Bitcoin
« Last post by Hatchy on Today at 01:55:53 AM »
Every crypto currency has a unique advantage of feature over the others except some shit coins. So weather you buy Bitcoin or usdt, it depends on your choice or value. For an investor who wants his initial capital to appreciate over the long run then Bitcoin is for you. While for a trader who always uses his coins for daily purchases and might not want it's value to depreciate due to volatility of the market then you may consider using a stable coin. But what ever you chose to use, you have to know that the power bitcoin holds is far more different from rest altcoins.

actually brought this up here because of I have not been myself, I would had taken that inspirations to go gambling with amounts of money which I may not be affordable to loose because I am sure that I would not win that much easier as it was in the Demo.
So far so bad I think this is also how some gamblers are inspired to irresponsible gambling of what is not affordable to loose all because of chasing huger profits.

Demos are just to give you a feel like experience of the real game. So weather you get tempted to play or not, the whole idea about demo might just be same experience with the real games but then you would have to up your skills. I actually experienced same feeling in my earlier gambling days, where you get to test out the new sites with their demo. Some casinos requires registration before being able to access these demo. Though what your said might be true as the experience you get in demo may be a bit different when you've finally deposited and play for real.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Don't buy bitcoin only because of FOMO
« Last post by dwyane36 on Today at 01:48:35 AM »
Many people said the market took them unaware and it is very high, that they are waiting for correction. As we speak bitcoin has corrected and back to $60k, what have they done? They are waiting for more decline and before they will understand, the price will pick up again to progress to the bull run and then there will be more bugs because of FOMO. So, there's definitely gonna be FOMO buying, it's part of the cryptocurrency industry.

I think expectations of a deeper correction are justified in the current market conditions, but we need to keep a close eye on whether the bears can break the support around $60-61k or not. If they can, the BTC price will most likely dump to $50-52k. Alternatively, if the bulls take the initiative and can push back from the current level, the BTC price will return above $70k.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin price speculation and analysis Thread
« Last post by Hatchy on Today at 01:40:50 AM »
I'm hoping it would be something like the WO thread where we can discuss, enjoy a bull market and encourage one another during the bears.

Hmm, its a nice idea mate but the Wo observer thread is as old as BTT and many legends contributed in making that thread what it is today. So except members from over there who are of such same interest would want to start same discussiohere then you thread would be a success. If it's the later, I'll advise you try keeping the thread active. Soon others might see it's usefulness and join in.

Though you might not be able to design something like chart buddy which updates the prices of Bitcoin hourly, you might consider making an periodic summary of Bitcoins price like in a chart. It may be per day or hours just to keep the thread active and let everyone also be updated.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: High fees is a never ending story?
« Last post by dwyane36 on Today at 01:29:38 AM »
It will still be look that way, BRC-20 or ordinals or Runes, the same effect on the network. And for average joe Bitcoin investors, it's not like we wanted to see the fees going up again.

I think that regular users and those who are not interested in ordinals hate those who create all this hype around ordinals and consequently provoke an increase in fees in the Bitcoin network. The only ones who can be happy about it are the miners because they earn even more because of it.

Bro, I completely agree with you 1000%, it’s bad that not everyone on the forum understands this and doesn’t want to do anything with their own hands, and judging by what they write, most of them just want to buy Bitcoin and wait for some unrealistic price for it, don’t forget about The fact is that the price of Bitcoin is manipulative and one cannot be sure that it will constantly grow by hundreds of percent; even falling and rising is enough for traders, the main thing is that it is constant.
The fluctuation in the price of bitcoin allows us to make a profit. I also agree that we have to do it ourselves based on our own research and analysis, because it is at our own risk. We can trade to gain profits and increase our crypto assets, if we have the knowledge and skills as a trader.
This is the advantage of bitcoin compared to others because no one can intervene and move according to trading at any time, so the price cannot be measured and known with certainty. In fact, the more actively bitcoin move, the more profitable it will be for traders to continue selling and buying quickly. That's right, everything must be done yourself by analyzing it well before taking any action, because the profit or loss that will be affected is you yourself, who have the funds, not someone else who provides information that you might consider to be correct. There are many reasons why people are worried about selling Bitcoin when it goes down, but they shouldn't do it now because it is approaching halving.
