Based on the coinmarketcap ranking, Monero coin is in the 10th rank which I believe a potential and promising coin for you to make an investment. Also, if you will look into its history of the market price chart, it has an upward trend movement which means it is doing a great performance in the previous days. Though, it's having a price dip at (-2.75%) decrease in the current market, this will increase back to its normal pace once bitcoin will be on the green mark.

Who thinks ethereum will make it to the 2,000 mark? After the market is recovering, I think ethereum will make 2,000 in the next few months.

I dont think ETH will spike that much this year. But maybe in the next few years Thus, whether you should invest in Ethereum or not would actually be dependent on the time horizon of investing. If you’re just investing for a couple of months, it might not be a good idea to invest now. On the other hand, if you’re thinking of investing for at least 4 to 5 years, you can invest at the present levels as well as the end-user applications of Ethereum are still pretty strong.

Wait for a dip, buy and hold it. if you wanted to earn a sure profit, set a target amount/selling price and repeat the process. But if you are aiming for long term, you can hold BTC for months or years.
