Hello Baanx members,

Thank you for your support to date, we have had a solid 2018 and now have some interesting products and a good pipeline for the future expansion of the Baanx App and other services.

We also now have paying clients, confidentially using some of our services, such as wallets, exchange and digital security asset functions to deliver to their users. This money is helping us to deliver a quality platform and to reach our end goals, being a white label Cryptobank operating globally.

Recently we have had several platform changes and decided to launch improved services (mainly due to client requests for their own users) - which has delayed our activities on the main sale. Therefore a decision has been taken today to give us more time to hit this final stage when we have all our assets ready, products launched and onboarded all of your onto not just iOS, but Android too.

Therefore we will delay the final stage of this sale process whilst we do the following in our roadmap.

1. We have just signed a new office in Manchester to assist our London location, we will be hiring an initial 8 staff here during February / asap to finish key parts of our platform for March and help us both deliver to our clients and on our own branded services - keep up with our plans and goals.

2. Launch version 2 of our iOS mobile app - which has BXX listed in the wallet, ability to purchase BXX in the app and makes it clear that holding BXX (being a previous buyer of over $500, or platinum $10,000) means you will receive free access to services as they come out.

3. Launch the Android version of the mobile app asap - this is expected to be completed during February in order to ensure all our BXX token holders and future purchasers will be able to have access as soon as possible.

4. Launch our new Baanx.com website within the next 7 days

5. Onboard users onto our above iOS and Android apps - market the final stage and move to close with exchange launches in April 2019 for BXX

With this in mind and the delay in our roadmap through various improvements being required we will move our main final sale stage 2 to the date March 11th 2019 - 1 more month - giving us the additional time to deliver a quality experience.

Thank you for your support to date, we will look forward to finishing off this process and moving to an Exchange, bringing out our secondary Baanx coin and achieving our objectives during Q1.

Reference new clients, we would also like to mention that we have been busy in the background creating clients who are generating revenue in the software space - as we deliver digital assets, wallets, exchange and other services to them - this is helping us to fund the final stages of our platform.
