This 2021 bounty is rare and there are more bounties in 2016-2017 and the peak is in 2018.
Then after 2018 everything is dim and maybe quite a lot of Airdrop events are circulating.
But I am sure that in 2021, even though there are a few bounties, when there is it, the bounty results are good and quite profitable.

Recently, it is upsetting that, in general, the number of bounty companies on this forum, and on the bitcoinstalks forum, is falling, and the number of signature campaigns among them has sharply decreased. Therefore, we see that when the number of participants is limited, places in such companies are filled within an hour.
However, on the whole, the results of participation in such companies are still better than in previous years. KYC scams have practically disappeared, and the number of other duties imposed on bounty hunters has decreased.

Although in this 2021 bounty is rare, but I see several new projects have migrated to BSC. I hope It will have good affect for the coin price that had distribution, and maybe we all still hold the coin.

At a time we got lot of reward from doing bounties but now we can't get more that we expect because nowadays a big numbers of people doing bounties and maximum project have scammed. So most of the real project can try to collect their fund by IDO and IEO. So if all project will be launched by a regulatory board then hopefully we will get more reward from now.

You make sure the bounty you have decided to join is legit. You must check it's whitepaper and so on. Their planned and how many particapants has been join, if i's already too many participants, just look for another because you could only get small partation by the end of the bounty due to many participants and most of it has a big rank.

@Tristanerus what you say is precisely what we must do before participating in a bounty. But anyway and although it seems that everything is going well there can always be last minute changes of plans by the #DevelopmentTeam . As a more recent example we have Bintex and Keytango, which have reduced the number of tokens to distribute among hunters. Unfortunately we can never be 100% sure that everything will work out without last minute changes.

Even if I haven't been into bounties for too long, just going through the replies I can tell the rate of bounties have decreased significantly, last year was not good either but we can't conclude yet for this year, cause it might just be better than last year, I think bounties are decreasing cause new projects now use partnership with existing fame to gain popularity and not in crypto forums anymore, things have changed alot, no doubt.

@Sammy9ce I partially agree with you. While it is true that projects (some, not all) seek other forms of promotion, bounties will always be necessary. I think that few things can give more to talk about a project than hundreds of users actively participating, in addition, the bounties are always much cheaper than other forms of promotion.

The recent forum promotions initiated by the President should not be forgotten. NFT giveaways are possibly the main prize for some bountie hunters among us,  the future will tell.
This  also promoted our forum and if everyone were to participate with a simple tweet, the response would be even greater and a future crypto company might consider starting a bounty here as well.

I am following the Student Coin campaign and it may be a valuable campaign for me in 2021.

Making a good amount through Bounties no doubt at all but there are still many bounties  that promise to pay but they simply ran away , we have invest our valuable time in bounty and they simple run away we can do anything but at the end we wanted our time we all need to do our own ReSearch in joining any bounty I still remember in 2017 most wanted are very good and paid the user but as the time increases there are also many type of scam so we need to aware in bounties and market

Yes, this is a problem with all cryptocurrency forums, including Bitcointalks. Unfortunately, new project teams very rarely include a subscription campaign in bounty campaigns. Although the forums continue to work, the volume of posts has decreased. However, their quality, I think, has risen. New users are no longer chasing the number of posts to increase their rank on the forum, it is easier for them to work in social media campaigns, especially if they have been writing there for a long time and have many subscribers or friends. Therefore, it makes sense to participate in signature campaigns with upgraded accounts, it makes little sense for beginners because of the very small pool of remuneration payouts.

If we review about bounty since 2019 until now, I think there are scam bounties there.
Several of them are also worthless.
Hopefully we will see good bounties at 2022.
