Pretty sure not. Education is not perfect to eliminate scam. It is good to have further education but not absolute to stop or avoid all scam projects. Even Mark Cuban fell to scam token.  We should not go with the hype without proper understanding and unprepared to what we are doing.

It is wrong to fraudulently receive money from ordinary people. I think that fraud in any form should be punished, this will make the cryptocurrency market cleaner and more open. After all, many who were deceived left the market forever.

We have managers whom we trust. We hope for the best from them. Every time they bring bounties, the community are eager to participate. Then in just a few moments later the campaign participants is complete.

I don't know if there is a time for one member to search what the project all about and its team before joining, if he/she knows the situation that in just a minute no more slot. Normally research is done after signing. Then because of no more choices, most likely will stay in the campaign despite of suspicious project team behavior.

Few days or months later the project end up scam which already late to leave. So how to avoid scam if we are not ready to pull the trigger and leave at the early stage.?

I think Its hard to say education will stop scanner.
Because scammer is started by intention.

In my opinion, we always see scammer at crypto world
