Safepal - I lost my fund for this application

The same experience with me, I have also lost my assets in this Wallet.  When Safepal held a Safepal Airdrop, All my tokens were lost after I Claimed.  I've saved the mememonic/phrase code... But when I uninstalled it and logged in again, the Asset still wasn't there.  I just let it go, rather than I remember it!

strangely all the keywords can change after the app is updated.  Is it from the system itself or what I don't understand. I have sent an email but no response.

I suggest you leave it. In my experience, I sent emails, chats with Customer Care and what not, no show. At the end, they started ignoring me

Thanks for this case. Now I know the possible worse  scenario if I uninstall the app. Actually, planning to uninstall safepal wallet 3 weeks ago. Good thing that I learned from your case.

If I don't understand that problem, maybe the system itself has changed.  My advice is don't update the application to minimize system password errors.

This is big bug on their system but the team not agree that it is their system mistake, always they said that it was my mistake, i not saved correctly my mnemonics key. So next time i can't use safepal again for fund restoring and for Trading.

After you have imported your wallet, did your wallet address remained the same, or Safepal just generated new one for your account? I think that is the problem. You are in your app, but in a different account. Try to search for switch button.

The exact same scenario happened to me with IQ Coin. What happened was the wallet address changed from what I know, but the most important thing is my funds were gone

We are know that Safepal is another good application. We can store our fund and we can trade here. I used this application from 5-6 month. Also i use Trust wallet, Tronlinkpro, TokenPocket, Klever etc application. 5 days ago i reset my mobile, after reseting i again install all app one by one, but when i installed Safepal application and Import my wallet then i see that, my key has Successfully imported but my previous address has Changed and my 250 usd worth fund gone. When i asked question, they said that i imported wrong Key. How this possible?  Becouse i have written mnemonics key on two different place and also i took a screenshot. Then it is their system Bug? What is your opinion  and now what can i do for this Cheating.

We need to be carefull every website or apps we engage in, a lot of fakes and scammed spread all over the internet and some do an apps as a tool for them to scammed people. Lesson learned mate, 250usd is too big to be scam. Just suggesting, do a review and research everytime you put up a fund and be vigilant and observant at all times.

If you have a problem with Safepal application, you are better report it to the team. So, they can correct the problem you found on the application. So far, I have no problem with Safepal application, it works fine for me. Yep, this application is basically a good application, the team created and improved it well.

Yeah, I don't have plan to update my safepal wallet. Though the asset is just around $100, I still can't afford to risk.. Haha

Its really sad as you lost. in the past day i also caught up in a scam , and someone hacked my account, as i import my wallet with private key, now my wallet has gone, all the tokens he transfer in his wallet, when i tried to transfer , suddenly my eth lost( mean he is working through bot ) . and this loss is bigger than your one .

Be careful from scammer as well .

in your lost show them numeric phrase . or try to install in another mobile and then again import , its just to check out is it really a fault in there system or not ?

I don't even think that your money is gone in a way like this because without a  hacker and most commonly the hackers have some of your passwords etc and only he can enter your wallets and stole your money, by the way check your wallet from the bottom and i hope it will be present in somewhere.

Hi buddy, I've experienced the same thing when I recovered the wallet address with mnemonic phrase in safepal wallet, my wallet address changed because I just entered the nemonic phrase without entering the passphrase, after I remember, I forgot to add Password in the Passphrase, then I remember the password again and my wallet address is safe

Reporting to the team in this particular case is useless. They would blame him. In fact they did blame him. I was in his shoes and the team blamed me for their ineptitude. If crypto users coalesce and form a band to harass these wallet makers, maybe they would sit up
