i got information from trading channel that coinnest exchange are closed, is it true guys ?

South Korean Crypto Exchange Coinnest Announces Closure. Cryptocurrency exchange Coinnest, once South Korea's third largest, is shutting up shop, citing a drop-off in trade.

It did close as reported also in the link you posted. Traders lost confidence in the exchange after the conviction of one of its officers. Trading volume decreased a lot as a result of that.
