The Libra coin was scheduled for release only next year. Therefore, it can not appear in the near future on the exchange. In addition, now its release in general was under great threat. Libra still has a long huddle to cross, since it announcement, there has been series of questions about Facebook security and privacy issues and questions.
You just have to wait until 2020 to see how this issues of Libra are sorted out, then the exchanges listing.

ibra is going to be released in 2020 only, so we do not know yet about the token price. I can just guess that it will be less than a dollar - this choice can be more convenient for all kinds of investors.

I don't think Libra coin has been developed talk less of listing it in any exchanges but what we should be talking now is weather the US government giving the CEO of Libra project go ahead in implementing the Libra project for me if Libra is to be listed in exchanges binance exchange is the one that has started bidding for Libra project listing because the project is a mega project that's why the top exchange is lobbing for the listing.

Indeed Libra is very strong for its issues and has a very high level of comparison with other altoins.

Even though Libra has supporters from all over the world but I am not sure about Binance's support for Libra.
For example, DOGE is a coin that is widely supported by many people, but it was only in June that DOGE could be registered in Binance.

This proves that Libra is not a coin that would be dreamed by the exchange Binance.
