Well, let's dissect this a little. What would you consider a "good investment"? How do you even define that? Isn't of looking at it from a traders or investors point of view, why don't you look at it through a different lens? Like is the project going to make its promises? Is the tech going to change the world? Do I believe in the team, it's leadership, and it's ability to produce goods results?
My point in all this is, don't look at it like a stock or bond, look at it like its a small company you could have a personal stake in, look at it as if its a community or team you'd like to be a part of. It's hard for anyone to tell you what is or isn't a good investment for you because they are not you. It's much easier for you to decide what kind of projects you'd like to contribute to, what problems do you think are worth solving and putting your money where your mouth is.
