All our cards work under debit card model, the name "credit" reffers to the card type we offer. There are various card types, from Mastercard Maestro to some corporate debit cards and carious types of credit ones. I have seen very similar scams posted in bitcointalk forum several times, and I am taking everything with big reservation now.
I can't be sure if Linkpay is legit or not, but better research more before spending your coins there.
