I agree with you. Situation is critital for bounty hunters like me that spend lot of their time doing many bounty campaigns. Personally I'm drastically reducing numbers of campaign I join (more than 50%). Now I join only campaign managed by bounty managers that I know well and only if I really think that project can succeed otherwise it's only a waste of time.

Bounties are making worst in situation that was made by scammers so lot of bounties are mess because investors are afraid to put up their money in some projects but you have to be careful on doing such things by participating projects that are not legit it maybe wasting your money and your efforts so bounties made a mess at this time ..

I think that rather than panicking because of that condition, better to be wiser minds smarter in selecting the bounty. We already know that those are some risks of joining bounty and investing in ICO. Scammers, failed ICO, and extended bounty or payments are actually very usual happen in this crypto world. Therefore we must be ready every time although it really hurts. That is why we must be more careful in selecting the ICO offering bounty.

In the world of bounty there is a harsh reality, when in the best scenario and with a very good choice of projects, 2 out of 10 projects will really be successful. Be prepared that you will do a lot of work that will not be converted to real money or you will earn too little. Your right mate I experience that too I participate in some bounties that they not paying me I do all the requirements that they given but they not pay me and some of my bounty too are just paying their coin and after that the project will just be gone and the coin that they give it to me is just a dump or don't have any worth.

Not %100 but I agree on that. Most of the projects are not keep their promises. When the times comes, most of them extending the time limit.
Other than that, teams like Amazix are not handling the situations well.

It is hard to find right team and project to participate their bounty.

Sure.! Bounties are no more lucrative these days. After working tediously for more than four months. All you will hear their telegram group is scam accusations. And even if they pay, they end up as shit coin on the market.

What you are saying is very true. I am gradually losing interest in bounty activities because it is increasingly becoming a time wasting adventure. You work hard and receive nothing at the end of the day.

The market is in bad conditions so bounty payment behave the same. For people who are planning to make bounty as their primary job you should think carefully, and never depend a single income.

I think you are right.  My last project from another forum just postponed.  So I think I already have about 4 failed projects.  Actually I've never get any payment from my projects on that forum.  Thank God they already demote my rank so I won't spend my time anymore to find another project.

It is completely understandable if ever you wish to take a break. Time is a valuable resource and you can use it in other more productive things.

I've seen a graph of recent ICO sales that reached or surpassed soft cap and the figures are really dismal.
Needless to say, a lot of bounty hunters were not paid.

This is a game where we should bear that some work are not being paid. We are already lucky that some still pay during a campaign even the sales of their ICO doesn't end well. I experienced many campaigns and almost half of them are only thank you for support. It's hurting but that is a fact that hunters should accept. We don't invest any money but a time that is also valuable as money. Stopping in a campaign is also understandable.

ICOs are failing because they're increasingly not being able to gain the confidence of the investing public. Some of these projects in all honesty have no business coming into the crypto space, as their value proposition isn't convincing enough. Again, with the spate of scam projects now, many people simply do not trust any project to invest their money, for fear of being scammed and losing scarce resources.

Bounty hunters are on the receiving end, because an investor may choose not to invest in an ICO and status quo remains, but a bounty hunter has most likely invested time and resources in promoting a project, before investor thinks of investing. It's a sad situation these days. Time and effort wasted. Feels as though I should take a break from bounty participation for a while until the market bounces back. Who shares this thoughts with me?

If you believe in crypto will have a future you should continue and do your hunter job in this down market, so when the market recover most probably you will enjoy more rewards.

From what you have explain i am quite sure you are still continuing doing your bounty diligently? Do you think that in the near future ICO bounties will make a change to gain the confidence is the hunter or investors? You are a firm believer of crypto tech i assume.
