Title: How does Steemit deal with abuse ?

I came across a blog putting pornographic content, and getting a lot of upvotes. Should Steemit deal with this or let it exist  like tumblr?

Right now they don't have any portal or platform to report abuse

since there's no report abuse cheetah bot is on work for plagiarism post automatically detect if copy pasted post
