A lot of people posting that they successfully recover their funds for a long time but how about those who have lost their Bitcoins? Is it possible in the future that there will be a technology that is specialized in recovering lost Bitcoins in just a matter of minutes or an hour? If that time comes, do Bitcoin hodlers are in trouble too as their funds might also be vulnerable and be compromised?

I'm not sure there will ever be, because it is very difficult to detect and if there is such technology, it would be expensive to sell it, maybe the price of the technology is not worth the loss of bitcoins.

I don't think lost Bitcoins will ever recover again as we all know we can not access the wallet without keys So without a key it's not seems possible at the moment. If we are able to recover the bitcoin with different technology then certainly Bitcoin holders will be at risk because the technology can be misused. But I don't think it will possible as BTC is decentralized.
