bitcoin has surpassed $ 12K a few times but it keeps falling back and bitcoin still stays in the $ 11K range.
even in June it almost broke $ 13K but it didn't last and went down, then in July it could go up again, the same thing happened in June and now in August it went up again but still couldn't last long and went down again.

it looks like bitcoin hasn't got the momentum to at least last long around $ 12K which is likely to move towards its best range later this year which is $ 15K.
but the direction of improvement is already seen a matter of time, and bitcoin will reach it.
