I dont think Litecoin is a good ootoin.ETH and XRP are much better than LTC.Both of them have a great potential. And BTC is the king no one can beat it

Great news for those who holded bitcoin.I saw a person who made about 5000$ in one day by trading.ETH is also seeing much profitable.It may also give us some good profot.XRP is already in a bull run it may touch 1$ by the end of 2020.In one word full crypto market is in bull run.Excited to see where it stops.

There are many exchanges like FTX, Binance, Okex, Bittrex, Bitmex,Uniswap,MoonDefi etc
You can use any of them.They are mostly same just difference in some features.
