there are many failing ico caused by the lack of investors that joining the project. the crypto market that is down is also one of the reasons many ico fail because investors will be afraid to invest in it. but if the project is indeed good, the investors will certainly also be interested to join.

I agree the points you pointed out is right many bounty managers are not handling bounties in a proper way or we can say poor mismanagement and many projects are without any product that is also not good for any project but I would add one more thing we all know this year is a complete bearish year so far. On the other hand one should understand the current market conditions are also not good for any project because to survive in such market is quite hard for any project and due to the continuous drop many investors are fed up and leaving crypto world.

Actually there is possibilty some of the projects are dead because of misunderstanding there rules in the projects and the management luck of support in order  the projects cannot be succeed according to the groups not totally do there own jobs to launched the projects.

Agree, So as an investors we should be careful in choosing the right crypto investment to avoid any possible and ensure that the team is active to answer all our queries for faster transactions and provide reliable information for us to be aware of the update of the project that we invested.
