What do you do in your free time?

In our society many people fail to understand the importance of rest, quality rest helps us in different ways, health wise, it is advisable to rest because it when our body is at rest. It helps to relax all the tissue in our body.
But while at rest one can steal earn money ...
Many people will ask, How can i earn money while at rest ? And looking at the question, one can say that it is only for those who has big business and employees that can earn while resting because they have workers who help the perform the task and are being paid for it.
But having a good trading skill, one can be at his/her comfort zone  and earn money.

some people love doing crosswords or sudoku or other puzzles like that, in my free time I program because it gives me the same adrenaline as solving a puzzle
I do the most disparate things since I am driven by my curiosity, from scraper to telegram bot
I have created about 40 telegram bots for myself and for clients, I have a secretary bot that helps me every day and lots of automations that make my life easier
I do them as a challenge and then they stay to lend me a hand every day

During my free time days, I do general cleaning in my house and bond with my son. Then,  when the afternoon comes, I take the son around and take him for a walk
in a place where he can relax, and sometimes I take the son to the mall and we eat at fast food places like KFC or McDonald's.

We also need it to relax and bond properly, and our family is fine too, right? And I do it once a week, sometimes twice, depending on my mood.

These games does not require much of that stress and all of that  which requires much energy and enthusiasm they are just cool games you would just relax and play at your leisure without must disturbance of your mind.

You make trading sound so easy. Even trading experts and professionals would tell you that trading requires lots of mental energy, what's the essence of calling it rest when you're still straining your brain.
Saying you're resting doesn't only mean when you're not stressing your body, or don't you know brain has tissues too that needs to rest?
You can be in your bed without moving a muscle for hours without having adequate rest because you're stressing your brain with calculations and thoughts.
Adequate rest means you're suspending every other activities and relax your body, mind, brains and even your soul. That's what adequate rest means.

In my free time, I mostly used it to read online news and google through the internet to learn about the latest news and what's happening around the globe. At times, I also check my portfolio to know how my crypto-invested coins are doing in price whether at increase or decrease because wherever your treasure lies that is where your mind will be.

I like to binge watch TV shows. NCIS, Bull, Sopranos, Game of Thrones etc. Takes up hours of time and costs nothing except whatever I pay to stream.

Wow it is better time to spend with family. I also spent my free time with my family. And i also visit some natural place for natural environment with my family. And i play football some times with my friends to fit my body and for entertainment.

Besides this i caught fish from my pound. And end of the day i lesson song. And also i sing some song some times. And i play video song. Thats all.

Settlers of Catan is a very good game, I definitely recommend it... except that it really requires a lot of hours of play to get to the main point
I also really liked Risk, but as these are games that require a lot of people and a lot of time I stopped, that's why I code

Playing games that requires lots of player's at leisure time does not make any sense o to me. At leisure time, one is supposed to engage with what they know would not bet too demanding and stressing when it comes to participation .

the settlers of Catan inspired in the past a very successful game, Settlers (which went up to Settlers 3)
a nice game, thoughtful, not war, strategic at the right point, managerial at the right point
a very balanced and fun game, it's not SimCity where in the long run you get bored

If you don't like where you're at right now, I mean your life, you should really do something in your free time. You can spend quality time with your family, have a non-toxic relationship. Try to make the full use of your free time and do something meaningful, be a self-taught person. You will slight be a better version of yourself and that negative feelings will stop eating you up inside.

I usually read books or play computer games. Also, after reading https://betterme.world/articles/skinny-legs-big-upper-body/ [nofollow] I started exercising. It's great that I can do it both at home and on the street. It's also good that I started doing sports right now because summer is coming soon and I want to have a great figure while relaxing at the sea

I also love reading articles on the internet when I am busy, and sometimes I play poker game with my wife, if she is around. However, if it is Sundays we go to the beach because we have a beach not too far from where I live. There is a new habit that I just developed now, when I was free last week and this week, I was busy with the kids and telling them ferry tales. I enjoyed it and the kids also enjoyed it too.
