The Bitcoin dominance changes with the market trend.
When we are at start of a bullish trend, dominance is high and it could be an useful signal to invest in altcoins.
Indeed the next step is alcoin run and Bitcoin dominance loss.

The fact is that bitcoin dominates the market. The value of bitcoin continues to rise without control, while the other altcoins are still in place, some even go down a bit. So in my opinion, crypto markets are controlled by bitcoin.

I agree if Bitcoin controls crypto market since it influences other crypto prices. If Bitcoin price is getting down, then other crypto prices will drop. But when Bitcoin price is rising, there is a chance for other crypto prices to increase as well. I think it is clear that Bitcoin controls crypto values on market.

I partially disagree with this. I have studied prices of coins and tokens on CMC and the fluctuations of each currency seems to be unique and independent of any other digital currency. Some show strong pumps when BTC goes down and some heavy dumps when BTC is rising.

Undoubtedly, there are market forces and factors which affects most currencies, this is not influenced by bitcoins price, it rather controls bitcoins' price as well as others.
So when trading or investing, make sure you treat each currency differently as they have different utilities.

I think It is true. The price  of altcoins determined by tge price of bitcoin.  Because  Bitcoin  is pioneer,  bitcoin is the King of cryptocurrency.  But,  The altcoins  price also determined by demand and supply.  Negative issue  also affect  the market.

I think what BTC does is showing the potential of crypto in general. Maybe in this sense it really does affect the market. But also sometimes when BTC shows instability it can make people pay more attention to other currencies, so it's like a double-edged sword IMO

So far this is really a difficult question: does Bitcoin fall along with others, like an ordinary cryptocurrency, or does Bitcoin first fall, and then its fall causes the fall of all other types of cryptocurrencies. How to check if outwardly everything looks the same? Most likely, we can find out only when Bitcoin loses its high capitalization, which, as is commonly believed, gives it dominance in price.
If there is a price dominance of bitcoin, then it will come about anyway, since such dominance restrains the normal development of the market.

Yes, it is how the Bitcoin influences other crypto coins. Bitcoin value is indeed the factor to determine altcoins prices whether to increase or to drop. But I think it doesn't apply to stable coins such as USDT. That coin follows the price or rate of USD. So, Bitcoin may just influence it very little.

In general, this is true. Due to the high level of capitalization, bitcoin dictates the direction of price movement for the rest of the cryptocurrencies. Some altcoins may not keep up with the price movement of bitcoin, some, for various reasons, may even act contrary to the price movement of bitcoin for a certain time, but in general, bitcoin still dominates the price ratio in the cryptocurrency market.
I don't think this will always be the case. The time will come when Bitcoin's price dominance will disappear after its market capitalization drops to the level of capitalization of other altcoins.
