I admit that my eyesight is not the best, but this is really a problem for me to read. A dark grey text on a black background is not the best solution.

Yes, I think if the user is happy and satisfied then no one needs to know in deep that what happened and what caused that delay. Sometimes the delay might happen because a user doesn't follow the instructions fully or may had done something wrong.

But, it's nice to see that Tengri mixer has resolved the issue via support and that's more than enough for most of us I guess. I think it's the best practice to hide the transactions of the users as that's for good of everyone and that's the main purpose of mixing services.

I have to agree on this one. It is very straining to see with such a dark background, and reading text is just something. It is urgent to do something about it. Such a decision with the color scheme will definitely not add customers. It is already known that it scares people away. If I'm not mistaken, there is even a study on this issue that proved that such colors should not be used on websites.

Currently Tengri has 3 services available to users: Scoring BTC, Coinjoin BTC, BTC > XMR > BTC. All three of these services only support BTC holders. When will the final service ETH > XMR > ETH be launched by Tengri and serve ETH holders?

Ethereum is the blockchain with the best liquidity in the crypto market, I think the demand for using and mixing ETH is also very large and Tengri can serve ETH holders.

I agree, BTC > XMR > BTC is a good choice because XMR is a privacy coin. Its anonymity is so good that it was delisted from Binance. Investors will always feel safe when using BTC > XMR > BTC services on Tengri.

I believe Ethereum has millions of users, the success of TornadoCash confirms this. It would be good if Tengri soon supports the ETH Mix-service through XMR, Tengri will have millions of potential users.

I also loved the dark mode, but the text input field was a little unsophisticated, I just a thought if the team would make that better in the future, I also found at the bottom that they give the heading as Bitcointalk but give the ANN link of Altcointalk instead of Bitcointalk. I hope that will be improved soon.

That depends on the requirements of the users whether they prefer privacy or not, if they do then it is not a hard task to acquire privacy so it doesn't really matter that much altcoin lovers will give more priority to this service. Yes, regulators find it hard to know the XMR based transactions, they have done their best but still they failed to know that how to break XMR's privacy, and that's why most reputed mixer use BTC to XMR and then again XMR to BTC to clear out the Bitcoin.

Privacy lover will always prefer BTC over ETH because it's truly decentralized and no one controls it. While the case is a little bit different with ETH as it's a centralized coin. However, the popularity of ETH has made it the 2nd best choice of the investors and users after Bitcoin and thus having it on a mixer could be a game changer for the privacy lovers. ETH to XMR mixing functionality will fulfill the needs of the privacy lovers and I believe they'll love it.

I think it's not just Tengri, but also almost every popular mixer today are currently offering only bitcoin mixing, unijoin as well have ETH and some other selected altcoins in their "coming soon" category.

So, let's hope that soon enough, one of this mixers will launch the altcoin mixing service, alongside the already popular bitcoin mixing, now, the competition is on to know which of this mixers will be the first to open mixing for eth and some other altcoins.

BTC is crypto King but the number of Altcoins users is also very large, it is really necessary for Mixers to support ETH. Adding services will help Tengri reach more users, after all this is still part of Tengri's product development plan!
