What inspired me to gamble is to be able to have a challenging fun and winning from it is just a bonus. Curiousity also what makes me try gambling. Influence of course is for me the most common reason for this.

Curiosity to engage in what my other mates where doing was one of the things that inspired me to start gambling but the major reason why I started gambling was because I had a financial issue that I needed to solve so I contacted a friend to help me some amount of money so I can add it to the one I have and sort out the issue. Knowing fully well that he doesn't have the money to help me solve my problem, he advised to use part of the money I was having to gamble which I did and was lucky enough to get winning at the end of the day. It was after that experience that I started gambling

I am a sports-loving person and so I grew up watching sports like football, wrestling, basketball, and car racing. When I came to know about sports betting, I was inspired to give it a try since naturally, I enjoy watching sports games. The main aim was to have fun by trying to beat the bookies. When I make a prediction of my knowledge in gambling and the result comes according to that prediction, that result definitely motivates me. When the results of gambling go against me, I get disappointed but not like that, gains and losses are part of gambling. Yes, and in my case, it was my father who is a big influence on me, I remember that when I was a little he used to bet on horse racing and so I feel in love with it and I become a sports fans.

I think the word "inspired" is not the most appropriate term that we can use when it comes to gambling. I prefer to use the word "lead" or even "push" but this is just my opinion. Generally speaking, people do gamble all because they want to win something most especially if the prize is really good. Here in my country, people are patronizing the nationwide and government-backed lottery as one can possibly win millions and if one will have a good luck then the money can certainly change someone's life for the better (though this may not always be the case as many winners eventually resort back to being poor). Now, aside from the prize, people gamble because they want to be entertained or just passing the time as maybe they got nothing better to do and since they have the money then for them gambling can be a good option. Of course, we also have addicted gamblers who are losing control of their decision-making power and will gambling because they feel that they must do it. Gambling has had been an issue of the society and there are more side-effects to it than benefits but since this is something that nobody can fully stop the government comes in and is regulating the whole thing for a win-win solution: the government gets the money and gamblers can gamble legally, openly and as much as they want to.
