Malaysia Based Hata got Approval to Become 5th Digital Exchange
Malaysia-based Hata has received principle approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) to register as a Recognized Market Operator (RMO) as a digital asset exchange and digital broker. Hata will start its services in Malaysia in 6-9 months after this approval. With the receipt of this approval, Hata will become the 5th regulated digital asset exchange of Malaysia. Hata will also become the first legal entity to receive approval as a digital broker, which will allow it to place trade orders from regulated exchanges. Hata has also obtained a money broker licence from the Labuan Financial Services Authority in June and this licence will allow it to exchange USD.
