It is really good information. I also think so that being; the art of crypto world sometimes makes us stressful because of seeing the market, However, can we d this by ourselves? Or we can easily take the ways and follow to enjoy the meditation.

Meditation is an essential part of the cryptocurrency business but sometimes meditation centralise in one special work without recreation. You can meditation in trading sections with deep interest but nowadays meditation does not effect in positive due to the cheapest bearish market with huge amount of losses.

Interesting, I always knew about meditation but never really did it since I don't believe in it's effect of making us calmer,
But this time around, let see if meditation can really make me a peace of mind and a calmer attitude towards problems especially when trading that having a lost makes a frustration.

Meditation makes the mind calm when we do it without a burden, it is very difficult to do meditation with some heavy work activities and this can be done when vacation time arrives, panic makes people make hasty decisions and will bring harm, meditation is also a solution to overcome things like this, but being patient when making decisions is sometimes more complicated than meditating  ;)
