There's a big development in the weigh in, Ryan failed to make it weight, he is more than over 3 pounds but both camps agreed to proceed with the fight, so this day Ryan lost twice, he lost $1.6 million to Haney because of the weigh-in bet and he losses his chance to win the title and on fight night he will lose to Haney and that will make it three loses in a row.

Quote
According to longtime boxing reporter Dan Rafael, the two sides did reach a financial agreement to move ahead with the fight. A Golden Boy spokesperson said that the two reached an agreement and that Garcia would honor the handshake deal made at the press conference.

Ryan Garcia misses weight ahead of fight with Devin Haney, ineligible to win WBC junior welterweight title

And so Ryan disappoint his fans again going above the contractual weight limit of 140 lbs. So he embarrassed himself, not sure if he did it intentionally or what but doesn't look to be very professional. They could have at least try, but things like this shows or reflect how unprofessional his team his.

Haney make it at 140 lbs, although Ryan is willing to pay $1.5 M but there is no belt on the line here as per rule if someone didn't make the weight then the belt is off as well.

Seems to me that there is something wrong with Ryan Garcia, he's a bit off mentally.

Yeah no belt for Garcia if ever he wins, the title will be vacant if Haney loses this fight but i don't think Garcia would win this one. This recent incident only raises eyebrows on the boxing community and think Ryan is unprofessional, he could have achieve that weight if he is serious on this fight.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: HODLing Altcoins

I will not completely suggest that you don't hodl altcoins, but each time you're doing such, then be rest assured that you're not working on a wrong timing for that, you need to be strategic with altcoins because they are unpredictable in most scenarios, and we cannot afford to loose or missed out from what we have invested in it, there are times we may have to hodl them, quickly release or even avoid making an investment at that particular time.

Dogecoin Forum / Re: Will Dogecoin Ever Reach $100?
« Last post by DAMKAR on Today at 02:55:52 AM »
You are right, but apart from the topic, you also have to be able to adjust the questions above, not just because of the topic, it is possible that the question could be from a previous section that is related to the topic.

Doge is big because of the influence of Elon's tweet, but currently Doge can move towards 22 cents because of the influence of Bitcoin passing its ATH, but unfortunately this opportunity is not available for all altcoins to also pass ATH, including Doge.
Doge cannot be big because it moves on its own ability, whether through its community. Doge still has full hope in Elon, who until now has not heard what he will do with Doge other than payment information to X.

Note: Please pay attention to the tweet fragment so that it can be read properly.
You are right, because Elon Musk's tweet made doge popular and many big investors still hold doge. However, Elon Musk contributed greatly to the popularity of Dogecoin. I also agree that doge's price is currently rising due to the influence of the bitcoin price which has reached a new ATH.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: The impact of crypto on our lives
« Last post by DAMKAR on Today at 02:53:12 AM »
Crypto has made amazing impacts of our lives, both individually and economically and I can state a few ways I've witnessed these impacts.

Firstly, with the help of crypto, money can now sent anywhere around the world with ease without experiencing any sort heavy charges or unnecessary paperworks, as well as some unnecessarily stressful procedures it would've cost to send mkmey abroad or anywhere in the world.

Secondly, crypto has provided, earning opportunities for both investors and traders in the crypto space, people now make good earnings and income off crypto currency by trading and other approaches.

Thirdly, Stablecoins has proven quite helpful and in handy as a good means of wealth storage for those who would rather prefer to store their wealth in a decentralised form rather than banks and other centralised forms where they can be controlled by central authorities.

For me personally, bitcoin or cryptocurrency has had a huge impact on me, and it has also helped a lot in my life and the family I have now, to be honest. And I also know that there are many communities in this field where it has helped them in their personal lives too.

In fact, until now, this industry has helped me with all my financial needs through trading and conducting transactions using p2p with our fiat.
Not just you, I think almost all the members there get a positive impact from crypto. Either as a holder, trader, bounty hunter or join airdrop. I personally also get income from crypto which I can use to meet my needs. I was really helped by bounties and investing in crypto

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: Hold and trade which is best for you?
« Last post by DAMKAR on Today at 02:50:43 AM »
Holding is exactly a secure way of earning but for holding knowledge is also necessary and sometimes people want to hold longer but they have no idea that at which price they have to sell so for this purpose they have to choose an exact value in their mind which can minimize their stress as well as greediness.
At least we also need to know the basics so that holding can be successful, because even though the task is only easy, if the strategy used is wrong, it could make someone lose money. Long-term holding should also not involve emotions, because I think many will be easily influenced by market conditions, when there are significant price changes in a short time.

Apart from that, money management and purchasing management and sales strategies must also be considered. Never hold if you don't have a target. That will only lead someone to their greedy nature.
yeah I agree don't hold if you don't have a target, we can hold coins for the long term but buy when bearish and hold until bullish, we don't need to panic because the character of crypto is volatile. If it goes down tomorrow or the next day it could go up again.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: ATH of bitcoin 2025 ??
« Last post by DAMKAR on Today at 02:48:17 AM »

I think there are only a few people who feel worried because most of the community at the moment is aware of what is happening and will happen regarding Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Besides the correction we are facing now and the few hours left for the halving, no one really knows what surprises Bitcoin will do.

The buy is only a hold if there is still a purchase of potential coins that are being held, which we believe will provide a large profit in the future a few months from now.
We should wait a few weeks after the halving, even though in theory during the halving, stock from supply is limited because the reward from miners is halved, but don't ignore buyer demand. Because when the economy is not good, demand will decrease. Moreover, currently there is inflation and there is war between Iran and Israel
