Do you think bitcoin can end the dollar’s reign?

I think Bitcoin will reign worldwide. In that case the local currency of any country does not matter. Bitcoin will be used instead of local currencies around the world. This is much better for users. Will be used as much more popular.

It is a good sign for Bitcoin that there are big improvements day after day. But it doesn't mean Bitcoin to replace dollars as the global currency. It is not easy to make all countries in the world agree about the global currency. We know that there still many countries do not legalize Bitcoin, this still becomes the biggest problem.

Indeed Bitcoin and Altcoins are now widely bought by everyone, but for the USD issue I think it will be very difficult to beat.

It's been said so many times, Bitcoin has the capability to replace the native currency. So, this is very common Bitcoin will fix this weird banking sector and therefore much better options will open for the users. I guess this is very reasonable to thought and make comparison.

I am just being curious here, guys with the increasing interest on bitcoin/altcoins this days, I think the dollar era may deminish or possibly come to an end some day.
The dollar has been the world’s reserve currency for 100 years, but fearful that central banks led by the US Federal Reserve are debasing the value of their currencies, many people have bought bitcoin in bulk since early this year, and hopefully more prominent persons may come on board the the crypto space. Do you think the era of the dollar may end in near future? Thanks for your thought.

By seeing the progress and the popularity of bitcoin, I think bitcoin has potential to do it. Bitcoin can end teh dollars reign. Bitcoin is most popular of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is always be the King, So I believe crypto will dominant at teh coming future.

I think that it will not happen. We know that if the Bitcoin price is going up, dollars will be donw. But it is not the value. that is the pairing and also convert the value of the crypto and its dollar. Dollars however still hold the big currency in the world and difficult to make it down

I never believed the dollar would run out.  Gradually the new generation that will be seen will be most interested in the province of online business or cryptocurrency. Since the dollar is in circulation in developing countries, it can be seen that the dollar will be introduced in almost every country.

In the future, everyone wants to have 1 common currency in the world, but it will take more than half time to implement

the dollar is an official fiat currency that will not be replaced by anything.
bitcoin only as a transaction tool and for investment only. can not possibly replace the dollar.

For the moment i don't think so,because btc its descentralized and the gouverments don't like that.Maybe other crypto ccurrency like ripple who are centralized will have better chance but no btc.

Bitcoin will indeed be the currency of the future with many advantages compared to the dollar, but I think the dollar is a currency that will be difficult to get rid of.  So even if one day Bitcoin reigns supreme in world finances, the dollar will still be there.

Since the pandemic, the usage of bitcoin has risen and its purchase has been done in bulk, in fear that the currencies led by central banks may be debased. People who have just seen the rise of technology and might not be that accustomed to it may have a few eyebrows held up, in suspicion and prefer to invest in gold instead. Nonetheless, bitcoin’s fluctuations often led its price to rise above that of gold twice or thrice its price.
Even though the majority still aren’t using any cryptocurrency, the number is hiking.  Which may be due to the dollar’s shortcomings, as the debts of the US has exceeded 50% of its economic output and continued to borrow throughout the lockdown. With the incrementing distrust in the dollar increases the trust in bitcoin so many businesses are starting to use bitcoin for trading, especially in places where the dollar is a difficult medium to use. PayPal has begun to start storing bitcoin as well. If the US doesn’t manage to improve its conditions, bitcoins’ will certainly accelerate.
