Well I found that,

I totally agree with your statement. Although most of the coins have depreciated, the price of doge has risen and if this rising trend continues, the price of doge will reach $1. But I believe that if Elon Musk withdraws from the support doge, the doge will return to normal.

In crypto, I've learnt to believe that anything is possible, so speaking of whether dogecoin will be able to reach 1$ without the help of Elon musk and the several celebrities shilling it, I think will be possible from this point, but if it were to be from the beginning like when dogecoin was still 0.005$ without the recognition it has already gotten right now, and the new community of supporter, then I would say it's not possible, dogecoin was literally a dead coin before Elon musk picked it up, so from this point, I think it can reach 1$ is bitcoin continue to grow and the community continues to support it.
