From what I can gather, this is the real price of those digital assets. For months now, they have been overbought. So this downward trend is to be expected

The real price is something very different from the real value. The market decline is not because investors have decided that the price of Bitcoin is $40,000, the market has fallen because of Elon Musk's nonsense, old threats from the Chinese government and especially since some whales are interested in keeping Bitcoin prices at that $40,000, probably to accumulate all the coins they can at that price.

Two days ago I made a mistake of determining that the DIP has already subsided and that the market will start to make good rebounds. What a mess because I missed. The dip continued unabated and right now there is still no end in sight for this continuing downtrend. I think major coins and tokens already slashed more than 50% of what they gained with the bull run, but the positive market sentiment has not yet returned. Let's hope that soon there will be vengeance.

The dip was really deep  I believe that was about -60% dip in the market but at last, we are begining to see an upward momentume which I also believe will take us to a new ATH

Knowing when a dip is going to end is a very difficult task to be accomplished infact if we know the exact end of a dip all of us would  have been rich majority of crypto traders are using a calculated guess which often fails as market continue moving dipper meanwhile investors with a huge capital can buy at every dip using some percentage of the capital, personally as a trader I never bother when price is dipping this will create opportunity to short a trade.

You lose 50% if you sell your coins/tokens, if you don't sell them you haven't lost anything. A part of my funds is also down a similar percentage, but I have not sold anything, so now I have to be patient, the rest I have everything in USDT, so I have no problem. I also feel like I lost the moment to buy the coins that I targeted because I also believed that this price was very worth investing in.
First, I saw Cake coins that Dump up to 11 USD and this is really worth buying and then staking or farming on the Pancake DEX platform.
Second, the bakery that dumped the price of 2 USD but I also didn't buy it, these two coins should have been bought. Ahhhh this isn't my luck !

I would say we are in mid of bull run but currently, the correction phase is taking place and I believe the market will move like this for some more time then move further, Yes the recent Dip was quite deep and many have lost huge money by panic selling at present we have to remain patient till market become normal again because still there is a fear in the market once the fear is gone market will start rising again.

It was certain that nobody knew where the dip was heading to, but it didn't break the 30k region because it got a strong support at the 30k region and prices started retracing upwards after getting close to 30k, well bitcoin has been trying to push its prices upwards but got a strong resistance at 40k region. All we need is just time and patience prices will touch the sky because the bull run season hasn't ended yet.
