I take this opportunity to wish the whole community all the best for the new year, stay healthy To stay with the topic, I will also present my favorite projects that I have invested in.
First I would mention Next Earth, a matter close to my heart, the project where I have invested the most money. As we know, there is no way around Metaverse, it shouldn't just be ignored. While it will take a few years to fully use it, investments in the Metaverse should be made now.
Why Next Earth and not any other?
Well, I am also invested in other Metaverse projects, but too late and too little on Sandbox and Decentraland, currently the best developed Metaverse. But I can best identify with the exact image of the earth, where I swim like a fish in the water. We also have several of them at the moment, it started with Earth 2, but Earth 2 is not on blockchain and so the NFTs don't belong to me. So, blockchain is a must first. In addition, the property is still so much cheaper to get hold of than on E2 or Sandbox / decentraland. And yet the value of the virtual properties we bought went up there, even though we don't even have a token. It won't come until the end of January.
An example: I invested $ 30k but the value has gone up to 180K
But that is only a net worth, the real value is determined by the supply and demand. In other words, the price has risen, but the purchase price per tile is still below $1 and will rise to a maximum of $100 if everything is sold out in one country. Only then does supply and demand come into question. Of course, some sights sell better than others, but there is a purpose for land that is nowhere. You will be able to stake the land, rent it, upgrade it, make a LandArt of it. Maybe build something on it yourself, other dig the recourse out of it. Some of this will be possible from February when the token is there. And when VR comes, it will be a completely different world.
But before that happens,
the big companies will come and will be happy to search for advertising space and will want to buy their land.
As you can see, we're still so early, the possibilities are endless, that's why I took this opportunity.

The project is called CEEK VR, a music metaverse where concerts in VR can be attended. I really liked the idea, invested around 1k, staked it as liquidity in the ApeSwap and BOOOOM ... from 0.003 to 0.9 $ in 4 months. I sold half at 0.85 and the rest is half in stable coins, the other half I have invested in other projects.
These projects are a bit more risky and I have secured a little and invested in the same way as in the CEEK; in the form of PL and staking in the farm also ApeSwap. I get 150 bananas / approx. 1 $ each), still. Here are these projects: DAR, GAN, GMEE, LAND RELAY, STZ, SKILL, BABI and NFTY
There are other projects where I have positions from which I expect good performance:

Reef, DeFi that will make me rich, along with DFI

Also, I'm still sending my ships to the missions on Alien World and getting a lot of TLM back.
