As long as countries in Africa do not refuse to cryptocurrency then it is certain that the country can access LIBRA coins if something is released later.
It's simple, if Bitcoin in a country is rejected then it's certain that the country can't access all cryptocurrency because altcoins like LIBRA are also included in cryptocurrency.

Libra coins is not made for a particular country, I believe that most cryptocurrency project is actually dominated by individuals who are crypto enthusiastic so in Africa we have individuals investors on their own.

LIBRA should be accessible worldwide because Facebook can be accessed all over the world and it is certain that African countries can also access LIBRA for LIBRA investment and trade.
Africa also now has many advantages because there are now many adopting cryptocurrency and this is sure to open the way for LIBRA.

Do Africans too have access to Libra coins ?

Yes I think  africans can to acces to libra coins,  when The country doesnit reject  the  cryptocurrency.  Because at several country have rejected  the cryptocurrency,  It is bad for altcoin and bitcoin.  Because  cryptocurrency  is the  future technology,  No one can refuse them.

You must first wait for the release of the Libra coin, and only then evaluate the possibilities of non-acquisition. Since Libra will have serious problems with walking in European countries, it is most likely that there will be similar difficulties with walking in the USA, Libra will not be difficult to purchase for African countries.
As for the price of the Libra coin, it will not be too expensive, since it should have approximately the average price value of those ordinary currencies with which it will be provided. Therefore, it should be thousands of times cheaper for the price of bitcoin and it does not have the opportunity to grow in price, since it will be a stable coin.

We are all waiting for the launch of Libra coin and obviously IT IS  too early to know if Africans will have access to Libra coin now or in the future. The Libra project has been facing several challenges from various countries of the world against it final launch since early 2019, and i thin it finally take launched, Africans will have full access to Libra coins in my opinion.

Do Africans too have access to Libra coins ?

Friend, as at the moment, Libra has not been launch and every information as regards Facebook Libra project can't be acertaimed as whether it will be launch this year or no. This is because Libra team are facing very serious challenges from the US government and others  nation's.

If the Libra coin is issued, which is in serious doubt, then Facebook will be interested in having its stable coin distributed around the world. Therefore, residents of African countries in any case will have access to the Libra coin. In addition, stable coins of various states will appear in large numbers soon and therefore the choice of stable coins will be very large. Coin Libra is unlikely to be very popular, as it was previously planned.

Africa is now open to cryptocurrency and there are a lot of altcoins already in circulation, so I think LIBRA will be very accessible to countries in Africa.
Then if it is true that LIBRA can launch correctly, Africa will be greatly helped because if we look at the LIBRA main website there is a profile where women from Africa become thumbnails of their websites and this is a positive thing for the African country of LIBRA.

The Libra project is open for everybody who has an interest in cryptocurrency or digital assets since there's no law that said that African country should not participate the Libra crypto project and I believe more people from African country that are crypto enthusatics will do what they can to access the project.

The African population cannot access coins that have not yet been released into circulation. The Libra coin does not exist yet and it may well be that it will not be issued. Therefore, the question posed is still premature. If Libra appears in circulation, then since it will be freely available, anyone who has the Internet and the appropriate equipment can buy it.

Our good friends Africans can access Libra coin as long as the geographical location is not prohibited from cryptos. There is a freedom to buy and sell as much as you can and as long as you want.

Everyone, every individual and every country can access the Libra coin.  Because this coin was created for the public, like other Crypto coins.  So as long as there are no restrictions from local authorities, Africans can also access LIBRA.

There is no restrictions in any country for using Libra. If any country is permitted any coin then they can also use Libra. This is Blockchain based so any one can use it as my opinion.

It should be because LIBRA was created not to be a coin that likes discrimination.
LIBRA takes the meaning of the zodiac which means scales and it must be balanced.
If an African cannot access LIBRA then it is definitely not LIBRA and it can be said that it is also not a balanced scale.

Incidentally I don't live in an African country because I live in a place that is full of peace.
I have something that I can't disclose for myself including where I live but the real LIBRA is currently accessible in Africa because the website can also be accessed there.
But for the problem of buying coins, I have never heard of an African country that can buy LIBRA or DIEM coins.

But if LIBRA does not use stable coins then there must be countries that prohibit it.
The reason is because if LIBRA doesn't become a stable coin then LIBRA will be able to change everything for the country.
It is very dangerous for everyone if there is price fluctuation which changes every second.
