In such situations you have to concentrate on the plans which are thought to be good to help you achieve your goals. Unfortunately if you fail to get all your money back and even does not make any cash then do not be desperate just cool down and think that it is a lesson for me to learn something new.

The fear of losing is a natural human emotion yet if this can be the overwhelming thing that you always experience while trading then it can hamper your decisions a lot in many ways which can ultimately lead you to lose trades eventually. Unfortunately, there is no easy solutions to this - there is no red and blue pill to take so you can manage your emotions. You can get rid of your fear by controlling your greed. When you are investing in a project make a partial investment. As an example assume you have 1000$ and you want to invest in dot. Break your investment into three parts. It could be 30%-30%-40% or it could be 20%-40%-40%. You can tweak it as you see fits for you. By doing these you can lower your average buying. You will have reserve funds for backup so you will not fear for price dump but you will be wishing for one because you will have a chance to have a lower entry which will not be possible for those who have invested their full balance.

I understand that most of us are still having this feeling. I’ve been there just like you. But here’s what’s working for me, but it ain’t working for all though. When I trade, I come up with an amount to commit that I’ll never have it back in anymore. It’s like a “donation” mindset without expecting anything in return.
As I’ve decided to “donate” without expecting anything in return, my fear has started to lessen in trading. I think of my losses as “donation”, which makes me not so affected in my trading decisions. That’s just me though.

Actually it needs real time experience also. Without proper implementation of our knowledge, it is useless for me. Obviously trading is a good way to gain profit but it is also the reason that many people are losing huge money for trading.

As many people said here, I think knowledge and experience are the best thing to get rid of fear of loss.
Trading is good way to gain profit in short and medium term.
But at current market is bearish now, better hold for medium and long term.

The feeling of fear is something normal, it naturally happens to us. But we can minimize or deal with the fear of losing if we trust our trading strategies. To have trust in our strategies, requires a lot of time and knowledge. If we just trade for several months, we won't have trust in the strategies since we are still trying all strategies that may suit with us.

Fear is reasonable, it helps us take steps gradually and stops us from wasting all our hard-earned money. From my experience what I can tell is do a complete study of charts and learn patterns, do paper trading then only after having a lot of experience would pay you, there is not shortcut in this process

it must be instilled that in doing any work without exception it is certain that there will be gains and losses, as well as in trading. but with experience and always analyzing before doing it, of course you will be able to avoid something very fatal that can happen.
