Changpeng Zhao entered the courtroom with his legal team - dressed in a dark blue suit with a blue tie and looking tense. The courtroom is packed, and CZ's defense is asking for probation

The judge disagrees with the DOJ's request to increase the sentence from 18 months to 3 years.

Says the judge: "There is no evidence that the defendant was ever informed of the illegal activity."

The hearing on the case of Changpeng Zhao, the former head of Binance, has begun - the prosecution is asking for up to 3 years in prison, the defense is seeking house arrest.

Zhao previously pleaded guilty, agreed to pay $50 million in fines and voluntarily came to the court session from the UAE to the U.S., from where he has been barred from leaving since his arrival, even on the terms of a large bail.

P.S. Who has any thoughts? Do you think CZ will go to jail or will he get off lightly?

That's right. Any asset can fall by -99%, you have to take risks when making any kind of investment. Otherwise, it is best to watch from the sidelines. + Don't forget greed, it also plays a big role.

P.S. Invest what you are willing to lose tomorrow. I personally don't invest in memе instead I walk past them as I consider it roulette. Only a small percentage of users make money on them, the rest lose all their investments.

Trust Wallet have commented on the removal of the wallet from the Play Market:

“Google has temporarily removed our app from the Play Store. Google notified us of this possible action and we filed an appeal a few weeks ago. However, while waiting for Google to respond to our appeal, Google removed our app anyway. You can continue to use Trust Wallet on Android by downloading the Android APK file from our website while we fix this issue.”

So that they will be the only ones who can push the bitcoin to 300k and drop it to 50k. (Then in this version CZ should go to jail until about the middle of the 25th year, I think by this time the bullrun will be over, or by the years that he will be given it will be possible to determine the end of the bullrun and sell everything months 2-3 months before this date).

It's just awful. Now everything hangs online, no idea when the situation will be +/- better. But clearly it will not be for one week. The same problem was already at the beginning of the year, so those who are worried about it, I advise not to think about it too much. In time, everything will fall into place, it's just a matter of time.  ;D

P.S. I also have transactions hang, so you are not the only one who has encountered this problem.  ???

I wonder in the light of current events (ETH-ETF adoption) - will we see an update of new peaks? It seems to me that the 80k zone on bitcoin and 5k on ETH is quite acceptable. Also try not to overestimate expectations (in case of not achieving the values) so that it would not be so frustrating.  :D

P.S. What's happening in the market right now, I believe is maximum euphoria and it's worth it to lock in gains a bit. With a little bit of risk management. And don't pass the buck while doing so, that's not insignificant.  8)

P.S. Это лишь моя точка зрения. Делайте, самостоятельный ресёрч.

Well, at least you got access to your funds. And the fact that they block withdrawals is often done for security reasons. And in the case where you need a seed phrase, it's much more complicated. Because it is not possible to restore access via e-mail/phone number, etc.  ::)

P.S. Therefore, absolutely everyone should be careful and write down all information that is related to personal funds. There is not always technical support, and it is much easier to lose access.  8)

The price has already +/- settled (minimally), who knows maybe a spot ETF will be approved soon. In any case, don't give in to panic + manipulation by big players. If you decide to buy an asset, observe risk management with the knowledge that you will need to buy several more times (at lower prices).

P.S. If you are not ready before such an outcome - my opinion, it is better to observe from the outside + draw conclusions. But in no case do not buy and fall into euphoria, if a small deposit + there is fear.  :o

As I've written before, they're doing well in this regard - that's a fact. But to manipulate on good deeds, is not good. It should be from the heart, who does it. + I'm sure that Binance did everything just to help people (without any self-interest).

P.S. Although I do not use this exchange, but their similar cases, cause maximum respect from absolutely all users. Even a few tens of thousands of dollars (for a campaign like this) won't make much difference, and will save someone's whole life.  8)
